Founded in 2003 by experienced entrepreneurs with deep expertise in commercial real estate, telecommunications, and broadcasting, B2B-TV devised its innovative delivery method to meet rising demand among businesses for high quality, affordable television. With current agreements to service over 150 million square feet of building space, B2B-TV works with some of the largest and respected names in commercial real estate, including Equity Office Properties and CB Richard Ellis, to provide service to their tenants.

The B2B-TV team is led by CEO Weston Munselle who is responsible for the company’s strategic planning and operations. Along with his leadership role at B2B-TV, Mr. Munselle is a current principle in SHM Partners, one of Southern California's leading real estate development firms. He is experienced in property development and management, tenant and property management relations, finance, construction and facilities management. Mr. Munselle earned a B.S. degree in Finance from California State University and a M.B.A. in Real Estate from the Golden Gate University.

Sales and property acquisition is led by Lindsey Richman, COO and President of B2B-TV. Mr. Richman has more than ten years experience in telecommunications and entrepreneurial ventures with unique expertise in site selection, lease negotiations and network construction and deployment. Previously, he was the president of a premier Data Center servicing global telecommunications companies and corporations. He also served as Director of Network Acquisition and Deployment for Teligent, a broadband telecommunications provider serving global businesses. Mr. Richman earned a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of California (UCLA) and post-graduate accreditation in advanced finance and commercial real estate.
